Introduction to the Pilates Work
Location: M.S. Zena, Borneokade 68, Amsterdam Oost Thursday 20:00 - 21:15
This is the class for the absolute beginner. Here, you will learn the basic technique of the work with all level one exercises. Class will be slow and thorough including breathing, alignment, and coordination exercises.
Class is taught in an integrated style allowing students to learn quickly.

These classes focus on more advance Pilates exercises with long choreographed stretch sequences. Class is at a high tempo and will include work with balls, bands, and weights. (Balls and bands can be bought in class.)
Intermediate Level Pilates
Location: Frans Otten Stadion, Ijsbaanpad 43, Amsterdam Zuid Tuesdays 11-12
This is a nicely paced class beginning with a dance/ballet barre. Class involves working with bands and weights to intensify the workout and includes longer sequences of movement combinations.
